Itís great to see somebody logging this stack; I have been curious about it for awhile now but donít have the funds to make it happen. I can say whenever stop by my local Vitamin Shoppe that all of the employees recommend Free Test & HGHUP together. Still havenít seen Lit Up in the stores yet, does anybody know if The Vitamin Shoppe will be carrying it? The ingredient profile looks amazing, loaded with nootropics. Canít wait to see your final results from this!

Default Update

So far here's my take on this stack: I experienced an immediate increase in recovery and decreased soreness. Within the first week I felt stronger while training and it seemed like my strength seemed to last the entirety of my workout. My occasional workout out partner even made a comment like geese what's gotten into you? My libido has had a strong increase, not uncontrollable but a definite increase and my sleep has also increased. By now, a few weeks later I've noticed strength increases on a lot of my lifts (I'll give an update of my previously listed lifts next week as I train them). Also I seem to look harder, dryer. I've been taking 4 Free Test in the morning prior to training and 5 HGHup prior to bed. Those two stacked together have been killer, so far I'd rate em both off the chart and for value-seeing as though they're both less expensive than other companies competition you can't lose! Couple that with Lit Up and I've had some of the best workouts I've ever experienced. Lit Up is one of the only PWO's I've taken that I can literally take on my way out the door to train, the energy seems to hit almost instantly..and best yet I've experienced no lose of sensitivity to the product!
As of this morning i was 197 with another 1/2" drop in my waist measurement, which brings me to 34" (a 1" drop total from 1/4/11). My measurements are holding as my lines and conditioning look to be increasing so while I'm losing fat I've definitely put on some muscle, my wife even remarked that she saw a new vein in my arm lol.
I'm really looking forward to seeing what further results this stack is going to give me..stay tuned!

Default another update

Monday's chest workout was phenomenal! I didn't have a spotter as today we had a snow storm and my partner got the day off work..me, not so lucky. Figures. So I started on smith machine incline bench press. I like the smith machine especially without a spotter but also because it locks the weight in a plane directly over my chest and keeps me from moving it toward the rack like a lot of people do.
135 lbs- 20
225 lbs-12
275 lbs-8
315 lbs-3
(definitely a lot more than I was doing a few weeks ago!)
Next I did smith machine flat bench, I know but I like having a spotter I trust so I'm not going to risk anything.
225 lbs-15
275 lbs-10
315 lbs-7
335 lbs-4
Decline bench
225 lbs-2 sets for 15
Incline flies
60 lbs-2 sets for 12
Flat bench flies
60 lbs-2 sets for 12
Cable crossovers
1 set 30 reps (rest-pause)

This is more weight than I've used from even a few weeks ago but more impressive is the way I seem to never lose steam throughout my workouts..it feels great.
I've changed up my diet a bit due to my wife beginning her contest prep for a bikini competition (she changed from figure). It's easier to cook her food in abundance then to cook two whole different diet plans, plus it keeps me away from cheating because all the"fun"food is taken out of the house lol. I'll post the new diet when I figure out what the heck it is myself! Shouldn't be to different just probably more fish than I'm used too.

Default update

Thanks Bro!

I had to take a few days off in the middle of the week due to scheduled over night shifts at work (really throws me off). I hate how work always gets in the way of bodybuilding lol. So This morning was shoulders. Another great workout:

Seated dumbbell presses: 60's-20 reps, 80's-15, 90's,-12, 100's-7
Standing cable rear delt flies: 2 sets high 15 reps, 2 sets shoulder height 15 reps
Standing dumbbell side laterals: 20's-20 reps, 25's-12, 30's-12, 35's-8. Drop set 8 reps per weight no rest between: 25, 20, 15, 10, 5
Standing dumbbell front raises: 30's 3 sets 15-20 reps
Shrugs: 135lbs-20 reps, 225-15, 315,-12, 405-12, 495-8
Machine shrugs (burn out): 4 plates per side 30 reps

I'm really starting to feel different; more energetic, stronger, my endurance has really increased even out of the gym I can't wait to have my spotter here next week to really gauge my strength increases. Where soreness used to be a factor hasn't been since week one. Example: After a heavy chest day my shoulder presses would suffer due to sore front delts..not the case since beginning this stack. People are starting to inquire what I'm doing, it's nice to hear others noticing I'm putting on size. One scoop of Lit Up is still doing the trick splendidly, my workouts have never felt so charged!

Tomorrow is arms any recommendations on workouts anyone?

Well I'm maintaining my weight with maybe 3lbs fluctuation swings either way. My waist is down a full inch and all other measurements are steady as well, not bad: a lose of body fat while maintaining weight and size while improving on strength and endurance. Looking forward to seeing what further results I get!

Default Leg Day

Alright, it was leg day today.. I know, I know-collective groans right? Gotta do em.
I've been squating now for a few months, something I got away from a few years so because I found they never simulated growth to my quads the way leg presses do. They sure as heck stimulate my a** to grow though lol. So I'm back to leg presses, I guess squats just don't work for everybody. I took 1 super grasping serving if Lit Up 15 minutes prior and Free Test upon waking and off I went.

Leg extensions as a warm up- 30 reps.
Leg presses- 4 plates per side- 20 reps, 6 PPS- 12, 8 PPS- 12, 10 PPS- 8, burnout 2 PPS- 50.
Seated leg curls- 1 warm up set 30 reps, 4 working sets, pyramiding weight- rep range 8-12.
Hack squats- 4 sets- 4 PPS- 8 deep reps per set
Standing leg curls- 3 sets- 12 reps.
Leg extensions- 3 sets- 12 reps. 1 additional set with the seat all the way back, leaning back (I find it helps stress the upper part of the quad.)
Stuff leg deads- 3 sets- 12 reps.

Killer pump, I felt great all the way through the workout and strong. My mind muscle connection with both my quads and hamstrings was off the chart! Lets see if I'm sore after that!

Default update

Well with my overnight shifts over and crushing workouts through the weekend I'm back on schedule. I ripped through a very quick pump style workout on Sunday in between a nap after work and going to bed Sunday night for a 4am wake up for work on Monday.
I consisted of:
4 sets of wide grip chins
3 sets barbell rows with 225 for 15-20 reps
3 sets Hammer Strength front lat pull down with 2 plates per side for 15-20 reps
3 sets seated cable rows with 2 independent d handle so I could pull my hands apart further
20-25 reps.
Awesome pump and with Lit Up surprising energy despite being zapped of all my energy due to barely any sleep.

My chest workout yesterday was superb..maybe because I actually had some sleep I thought I'd make it a dumbbell workout, which I normally don't prefer over barbell but everyone needs variety.

Incline Dumbbell presses:
warm up 60's -20, 90's -12, 100's -10, 110's -8, 120's -6
Flat dumbbell presses:
100's -12, 120's -9, 120's -8
Decline barbell:
3 sets 225 15 reps
Incline flies:
50's- 12, 60's -12
Flat flies:
60's - 12, 70's -10
Cable crossovers:
30 reps rest/pause

Unbelievable pump, off the charts. Even an hour after my workout if I raised my arms in front of myself I felt like my chest was so pumped it was forcing them out away from me. Still one scoop of Lit Up-a little on the heaping scoop size now. Haven't had a bad workout yet!

Oh and no soreness on the quads!!

Default update-arm day!

Yesterday was shoulders, nothing really new from the last shoulder workout to note beside I pushed 100's for 11 reps on seated shoulder presses! Strength is definitely climbing!

This morning was Arms, I had a great workout and actually took a measurement afterwards (about 20 min. after) Just a hair over 20" for both, that's what I'm talkin' about!
Here was my workout since I always switch it up for arms:
Barbell curls:
Bar- 25 reps, 95- 15, 115- 12, 135- 9
Overhead dumbbell extension:
80lb dumbbell- 15, 100- 12, 120, 8, 130- 6
Hammer strength preacher curl:
2 plates- 15, 2 plates and a quarter- 10, 3 plates- 8, then a strip down to one plate-no rest 8 per plate.
Smith machine close grip bench
225- 12, 275- 8, 315- 5
Iron cross (standing high cable curls):
70 lbs per side 12-15 reps, 3 sets
Rope push downs:
Stack 12 reps, 3 sets

My chest has gone up a 1/4", arms are both up just under a 1/4" each, quads are also up to a 1/2" gain and my waist in down another 1/2"!! I'm loving this stack, great gains in both muscle size and strength, noticeable fullness. I feel more lively throughout the day and have been sleeping better that I have in years. (I suffer from some issues getting to sleep and staying asleep.) My libido is still up and I haven't had a bad workout since day one, that's awesome not one bad workout!!
