I do not know what happened I was calm and then it was like a demon wanted out of my body in the form of rows. So I just kept repping it out like a mad man.

Good workout today, squat deload kinda

ATG Squats

Speed Deadlifts w/ band and 2 inch deficit

These felt great I have not done them for a while, but they force me to sit back more and drive through my heels, helps me focus on good form.

The MM was awesome today, I went on a bluefishing trip last night, so I did not get home until 3 or 4 in the morning. Then I lifted at 1030 this morning, it was rough getting up and getting going, but the MM hit me and the workout went awesome. Great energy boost today!

Energy/Focus: 9 started slow, but hit me with good clean energy
Pump: 6 not much of a pump at all, low reps on legs is always tough to get a pump
Recovery:10 no crash at all

Good stuff here

Thanks guys, I consider doing ATG Squats a deload because I do not have nearly as much weight on my back as I do with regular squats. So it seems easier on my CNS but I get just as sore.

Fishing trip was awesome, we caught so many fish the boat came in early. Most people were worn out but me and my buddies were still going strong. Pretty sure we were well over our limit, but we gave most of the fish to the mates. So its all good.
