Friday Max Effort Bench Day
My back was feeling awful today from too many pullups. I also had some soreness in my chest which I get when I do too many pullups. I thought this was going to affect my bench a lot more than it did. The MM was great, awesome focus today.

Bench Press
245x8
315x1
345x1
365 x 1 Tied PR, and really crushed this. Struggled with it last week
375xM should have went to 370, but its all good. It is getting closer.
Next week I am going to go from 345 straight to 370 or 375 I am going to skip the set of 365 because it is just wearing out my body before I go for a new PR.

Hammer Curls
50s x 3 x 10

Lateral raises
25s x 2 x10
30s x 2 x 10

Lying Tricep Extensions
40s x 3 x 10, 10, 8

Very good workout today for being sore as hell. I also ran 1.5 miles this morning and did a couple of sprints. I really hate running.

MM was great today, I had great pumps and vascularity. My focus was dead on and had very clean energy throughout the workout.

Energy/ Focus: 9 very clean energy and good focus
Pumps: 10 much more pumped than usual on a max effort bench day
Recovery: no crash yet but I do have some serious soreness from yesterday

They have a sit up test, max in one minute and I am required to get 38 in order to pass. I would like to hit around 50.

They have a one repetition bench press contest. I am required to do 99% of my body weight, and I laughed. On the application is says that you only get one shot, so this will affect my choice of what I attempt. I do not want to go too high and not get it, if I only get one attempt.
