I have used Anadraulic State, I did not like it very much. It bothered my stomach for some reason. It did give me more tingling than the MM. But in my opinion I think that the MM is better, at least it works much better for me.

Thursday Back and Traps!
Really crushed my back today, I was at a test for the IRS pretty much all morning into the early afternoon, so when I got back I just wanted to crush weights until I could not move. Very hot in the gym today, I was soaked with sweat!!

I really love this machine, it is old as hell!! It crushes my lats, it is a weird machine your feet are locked in and you are standing. Feels a more controlled pull up that focuses on the lats.

I like this range of motion of this machine, really crushes my traps.

Really good squeeze here, mostly just stretching out.

Great back workout today, I also did a lot of abs mixed in here, mostly decline situps. I was sweating like crazy, my rest periods were pretty short so the intensity was high. I probably hit more PRs than what I wrote down, but this week I am using as a base week to work off of, and next week I will start counting more of my PRs. The MM was great, I was a little tired before my workout but then got completely jacked up!! I only have a few days left of MM.

Energy/Focus 10 crazy good energy today
Pump 9 great pump in my back, almost painful
Recovery 9 no crash, but I will probably be pretty tired tonight
