Week "A" work out BUT slammed it for "B".



"B" was as follow:



4 quad sets for saturation. 45 sec brake between main sets. NO brake on the quad sets.



BB Presses Quad setted with Tri press downs. (had ropes and a standard bar attached to high cable at same time, did underhand- ropes- overhand ,10 of each).

I keep the ending of the press downs at least a foot away from body for continue's tention on the tri's.



Yes short but defonitly feel it and pumped hard.

"A" work out - Back:

"T" Bar Rows = 4 sets
ISO High Rows = 5 sets
Lat Pull downs (standard bar) = 3 sets
Machine Chest suported Under hand Rows = 4 sets
Chest suported Machine Trap pulls = 3 sets

"B" work out: Bi's (back saturation)

Pro Grip Lat pull downs = 4 saturation sets
Over Head bar curl downs = 3 sets
Standard Bar low pulley curls = 6 sets
Single hand Cable curls = 5 sets
Rope curls = 4 sets

So far the TEST CHARGE seems to drive me to push more and do more sets. Today 23 sets for Back and Bi's was 18 sets

Look at the results of LBM since I started AAEFX sups in Jan. 2010. This is from my ProTrack 2008 program. Now adding the TEST CHARGE wo ya.

Just played around in gym while Tammy did some cardio.

TEST CHARGE update. More stamina, pump comes sooner and is harder, I hit more reps and sets. My body is liking very much to the point I'm scared I'm going to tear up my body. Thats how well this stuff works for me.
If its a placebo. Its a good one. I want a years supply please.

16 sets for chest and 18 for try's. 10 out of 10 work outs again. Pumped and still want more but I know better. This is a great product. I will keep taking the TEST CHARGE and will recomend it to any hard core lifter.
