Yeah, I hope so too. It's squat day again today. Took me like 5 days after my last squat day before I was able to stop walking like I had a cork up my ass. Eff.

I don't know what my deal was yesterday. Last night I got home from work and kinda turned into the Tazmanian Devil, all "waahlalaghgalalahalahla!!!!" and tearing things up, punching a few babies along the way.

Holy cow, BtB! Nice new pic! Jeez buddy. Bulk much? Hahaha. Lookin' good! Anyway, here's today's news:

Weight: 151.5

I said I wanted to lose 1 lb a week. At this rate I'm losing a 1 lb A DAY. I'm a little frightened by the speed at which I seem to be leaning out. I'm not entirely convinced that nighttrain didn't slip me some 'roids. You...didn't, did you nighttrain? Buddy???

But...I'm not going to change anything in my diet just yet because I feel fine, feel like I'm eating enough, my strength is good and I don't feel deprived.

Leg Day (don't laugh at me guys, remember, I'm a frail female )

Smith Machine Squats: 90x10 95x8 100x6
Dumbbell Step-Ups: 30x10 40x8 50x6
Sumo Squats: 25x10 30x8 35x6 (need to increase the weights next time as I feel like these weren't taxing enough)
Stiff-Legged DL: 100x10 105x8 110x6

Cardio: Just cooled down with about 15 min. of walking on the treadmill @ 3.5 pace.

I want to note that I freaking HATE squats. I so want to get better at them but I hate them. I dread them and the planets align in my world when I'm done with them. Some days I feel like I would rather shove razor blades up my anus than do squats. I'm just sayin'.

Let it be known that I'm not recommending anything at this point (to take or not take). The jury is still out and it's early in the game to give my expert opinion just yet. Also, if you're referring to the weight loss, it may be more of a combination of the HT-8 and the 50-30-20 diet. BUT...I DO think this supplement makes this diet a little easier to bear. I will say that.

I'm happy to see the weight coming off. I know it's more rapidly than you like, but at least you can eat more if you need to slow it down.

I'm guessing that it will slow after the first 7-10 days a bit, but who knows...I'm curious to see what happens.

In any case, great job, and great log. We're all hoping to see you succeed.

Thanks, BtB. You guys are great with the encouragement. And yeah, not too worried at this point. I also fully expect that this won't continue for very long.

I weighed the same this morning, 151.5, so no change today. I took the kiddos to Taco Bell last night and apparently there is nothing there that I can safely eat. I got a regular chicken burrito, thinking it couldn't be that bad. Yeah...like 48 grams of carbs in that baby. Jeez. Boggles the mind to think how I used to go there and think nothing of just eating whatever, or thinking I was eating smart but it was really killing my diet.

Note, I'm not suggesting that one evil burrito last night caused me to not lose weight (cuz I know it doesn't happen that fast), I'm just sayin'...lesson learned. I stressed about it all dang night. Evil burrito!
