I am feeling confident with my supplements. But like I said I was just exploring what else is out there, and what other people like. I'm thinking about getting off of jack3d because it doesn't have the effect on me like it used to. I cycled off of it for 2 weeks about a month ago, so I know its not time to do that again. Any suggestions?

that's good to hear! now is the time when you can make those phenomenal gains and feeding the beast is step one on getting there. the rest of your supps are as solid as it gets i personally don't think you need to worry about adding anything else.

There will be points in the day that I eat until I feel like I'm going to hurl. And there will be other times where no matter what I eat I don't feel full. I'm eating pretty much anything I see.

Breakfast today was:

4 eggs
2 servings of oatmeal
banana
2 granola bars
and a whey protein shake.

But I am about to go eat again for my pre workout meal.

i haven't tried jacked but i have tried superpump and liked it. i'll still take the white flood cause i love the serious pumps when i'm lifting. its by far the best pumps i've ever had in the gym. which would explain the serious crash after. nice little rollercoaster of adrenaline.
