Day 5 (double dose)
Tuesday
Cardio and AB's

Fifth day was Cardio and AB's. Knocked out 45 minutes of cardio and a couple hours later took 2 scoops and got down with some ab work. Nice ab pumpage and I was just all out focused on killing them bad boys. The more I see them shining through the more I just want to punish them.

Dosing: 2 scoops roughly 30 minutes pre workout

Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good.

Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....

Effectiveness 9/10: Insane ab pumps, not painfull but felt like they were going to just pop out of my stomach!

Wednesday
Back

Felt good, no jitters, great focus and pump was ok today. I wonder if the pump wasn't as good because I bumped it to 2 doses the day prior or if it was just an off day. If it was an off day, it was still one hell of a good back day!

Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout

Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. Man mixed with some ice water, this sooo good, I could drink this all day!

Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....

Effectiveness 7/10: Focus was on point, pump was just ok today (but hey it's gonna happen every now and then) and I had plenty of energy for my work out plus cardio. I didn't want to stop running!

Chest and Tri's

Felt good but WEAK, no jitters, had good focus and pump was sweet. It's hard to explain that the weights felt heavy but in all it was a good workout.

Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout

Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. Man mixed with some ice water, this sooo good, I could drink this all day! As usual I know this sounds like a broken record but hey stuff tastes great!

Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....

Friday
Legs and AB's

Pumped them babies up like balloons!!! I started out with a 2 mile run then moved on to a tri set of 12 hack squats, 12 box squats and then in to leg extensions. All for 3 sets, talk about smoked. Then moved in to a SS of 12 leg curls and 15 calf raises.

Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout

Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. Man mixed with some ice water. As usual I know this sounds like a broken record but hey stuff tastes great!
