Thanks guys. I'm thinking that for the first week as TA kicks in I'll write up general thoughts and comments. After the first week I'll break it down to specifics and comments on each like I did in my last log.

Looking forward to 11 am when I get to take my TA, as the next 45 mins just fly's by, then it's time to head to the gym.

I'll get some pics up asap.

Also let me know if you guys want to see daily diet posted.

Default 04/07/10 - Day 2 of the come back

Well this flu is frustrating - Pre workout I feel great amped and ready to go. I do one set and my energy goes, the focus and willpower are there but the petrol light is on.

Anyway I still gave it nudge to shake out the remaining cobwebs, but I am shattered. If not for the T-Alpha I may not even be alive right now.

Took this little workout from kitarpyar. Given that it is light dam near killed me, crappy flu.

Workout

Hang cleans
65 x 10
90 x 5
132 x 3 x 3

Bench Press
155 x 5
175 x 5
220 x 3 x 1

ATG Squats
135 x 5
175 x 5 x 5

Bear Complex
90 x 3,2,2

Felt that the focus and drive all came from TA, and these were good aspects of today's workout.

Nice workout dude. Don't worry, by the end of the week effects of flu would be gone and you will be back to your normal self. Just wondering, any particular split you are following for this log?

I'll be reverting back to my 3 day Full Body split (as seen in my last log).

But at the moment it's more than I could handle. I'm just mashing it this week and trying to get back into.

Yep judging by my reception in HK it was doing the trick. Yesterday the wife says to me "You need to get back into the gym".

I was like "what!" She just said that I'd lost definition esp around the mid section

But I'll get it back and then some, trying hard to cut my cals back a bit more.
