Another great day in the house of Crom. Things clicked again today and made some good rep PR's.
Feeling a bit stronger, even weighed in post work out and I'm up 1 kg (2.2lbs). Will weight in a couple of more times before making it an official result.

Some light leg doms today - always a welcomed sign. Off day today meeting the wife for lunch, plus I could do with the rest so I can attempt to destroy my chest tomorrow.

Downloaded a cool app for my iphone today. Tacks all my eating against my Calorie target for gaining 1lb a week. Quite detailed breaking bown the marco's should make this much easier.

Currently 400 cals under my daily target.

Been really busy the past few days at work getting things sorted for my transition and handing over etc.
Today's going to be another full on day and not sure if I'll get time to post up workout / comments on TA.

I've still been hitting the gym just not logging. When I get some time to surface for air I'll see if I can post a bit of a catch up.

Been hitting all my targets though.

T-ALPHA:

What I'm experiencing mostly from the product is endurance and a little bit of strength. more than anything it's helping to squeeze out an extra rep here and there.

So far my thoughts are it's a decent product, it is elevating test levels as I'm getting some very mild acne now that I'm on 3 caps. However I wouldn't run this solo more of a stackable, since adding Jack3d to my workouts it seems to have helped and I feel like I'm getting more out of T-Alpha by having them work together.


EDIT: Just realized I had the wrong weights in there. Fixed.
