Not much to report cycle is still going great, the weights are starting to feel really light. I will check my weight tomorrow at workout time, but last week was horrible for eating so I am not sure how it will go. This week I am going to clean up my diet a bit, but my strength is feeling great.

Great day on natadrol, energy is way up all day long. Workouts are going great, the weights are starting to feel lighter. It is day 11 and this is when everyone tells me it will really kick in, now I believe them. Feeling more aggressive when I get in the gym but not any other time. Perfect.

A few things to note, not really side effects:
Very hungry all the time, but thats fine with me
Drinking a lot of water and I feel like my system is flushing a lot of fluid

I'm still following along here. Good journal. I've looked at your workout log a couple of times also. Nice job all around.

I'm curious. Forgive me if I missed this, but do you have any composition goals at all? You mentioned some weight gain. Are you trying to bulk? Or was the weight gain just due to some college student diet issues? Might this be a good supplement to use during a minor cut and/or recomp.?

Right now I am doing a short, clean bulk. Trying to keep my diet as clean as possible. Then in a few weeks I am going to try to get more cut up, but without losing any size or strength. I am trying to do a Powerlifting competition soon.

Natadrol is still going great for me, I am getting huge pumps in the gym with more and more veins every day. Today my circuit training felt a lot easier than usual. My energy is still really high after my workout. Overall good stuff, I think it is really starting to kick in.

My weight is still holding steady at 217, and I am eating a ton more than before. I am trying to eat a lot cleaner, more meats, vegetables, and complex carbs. Rather than fast food all the time.

So you have had a 2lb increase since beginning this cycle? Have you leaned out quite a bit as well? Dropping fat for lean body mass?

I have dropped a little bit of fat but nothing significant. It has also not even been 2 weeks yet, so everyone tell me the best is yet to come
