Work outs are looking strong IBB!!! I never thought I could enjoy a non-powder preworkout sup, but T-alpha is getting the job done in flying colors!!

Thanks, Tri's have always been the easiest for me to train. They seem to grow better than any other body part, doesn't seem to matter what rep range I use.

T-Alpha 1 hr before workout. Good pump at first, then fell off a little. Only 5 hrs sleep last night, not a lot this weekend either! I Gotta get that figured out! Sleep 5hrs-not enough, Discipline ok-little side tracked during workout, Diet Good-maybe a little more food, Breathing Good.

T-Alpha 1hr before workout. Good energy, lifted in the morning 1 hr after breakfast. Sleep was great for me 7+ hrs. Discipline ok, breathing ok, might have had a little too much coffee. Good workout today.
Had to workout Friday morning instead of Thursday night.
