I started this a month into a cut so it's not water weight. I generally drop a lot of water my first week on a cut, and level out at that point.

Took Phenom V1 & HT-8 early morning.

Notes

Really rough day today. Crazy cravings. Hanging on. the cravings are most likely from poor sleep the last 2 nights. Ate 2800 calories, which is sub-maintenance. My food today was all whey protein and chicken wings.

Cut down to a single dose this morning to see if I sleep better.
