Default Creagyn Log, by Purus Labs

Thanks to Randoja and Purus Labs for sending me a tub of the new product Creagyn, along with a handful of Condense.

The tl;dr version, Creatine bound to magnesium makes it more bio available. Glycerol is added for pumps an improved blood flow etc.

Creatine adds water to your muscle, and rapidly produces ATP.

I stacked one scoop of Creagyn with a packet of Condense in my Purus labs shaker.

First training below.

Squats
Front squat
225x3 275x1 315x1 365x1 405x2 PR!

Back squat
225 X2 315x2 405x3/3/3/3

Powershrug

Didn't get any crazy leg pumps, had a good strong training session. I like Condense, Ive used it alot. Ive heard you want to drink alot of water with glycerol products so I will do this. Looking forward to using creagyn.

I have used Condense some time back and loved that product. But I guess I live on the wrong side of planet because everything seems to be available only in US / Canada ... lol ... We need to go for a lot of formalities to get genuine products from USA / outside.

I used 1 scoop Creagyn and a packet of condense. Creagyn makes it a little bitter I think.

Cable flies

Had some good bloodflow, nice pump. Can't say the creatine part works as I'm already saturated and I eat steak alot.

I think you have to eat something 2.5 lbs of beef to get 5g of creatine and cooking ruins some of it.

Interesting. I do take creatine monohydrate year round at 5g. Preworkout. So again, should be saturated. But of course, have to take creatine to stay that way.

2 scoops of Creagyn and a packet of condense preworkout. I upped the Creagyn to try to get more of an effect.
I was exhausted yesterday morning, waking up at 3:55 am to go to work really gets old.

OHP Press
45x/10 65x5 95x5 115x3 135x2 145x5/5/4 135x4

I didnt write anything down for the rest of my sessions but I did db lateral raises. Rear delts on pec dec, lat pulldowns, plate raises, and some db pullovers. Chasing pumps and volume.

One thing I like about taking pump products is the better mind muscle connection you can feel. I struggled with this session but I had great bloodflow.

I took a scoop and a half Creagyn and condense. Quality session, I only set 11 prs lol. Everything clicked on this session.

Every rep after this is a PR including the third rep at 225. It's been a long year and a half battle between pain instability mobility and bench pressing. It's finally coming full circle.
