Right back on the cuts!!

Took my first pack this morning. Got a bunch of heavy compounds with jump rope and rowing coming up today.

New Pak - New Program.

Hopefully I'll be able to finish this cycle before I go on holiday to Hong Kong for a week.

Leave here 15th of March so may not get it finished in time.

Maybe you will. What are you going to do cuts for two weeks at a time then off for a week. Or was this just because they didn't get to you in time. .

2nd cycle DAY 1

training focus = 5
First time back wasn't expecting much, plus a new routine as it was more about figuring where I am in the 12 rep range. Haven't lifted that in a while.

energy = 8
Good clean energy just flew through the workout

appetite suppression = 8
Been pretty good, post workout and I'm not feeling the hunger yet.

crash = 0
That's one thing I really like about this product, no crashes and I just fly through my work day as well.

Compounds and Cardio

Rowing Machine
2 x 2 minutes with 1 min rest between sets.
1 - 529 meters
2 - 544 meters

Box Squats
1 x 12 - 135lbs
Military Press
1 x 12 - 90lbs

Jump Rope
2 x 2 minutes with 1 min rest between sets

Dead Lift
1 x 12 - 175lbs
Bench Press
1 x 12 - 175lbs

Rowing Machine
2 x 2 minutes with 1 min rest between sets.
1 - 531 meters
2 - 579 meters (got some rowing tips, yeah it helped)

Split squats - Dumbbells
1 x 12 each leg - 55lbs
Diesel Press
1 x 12 - 28lbs

0800 took CP
0830 took Cuts and 2 x CLA
1140 took second Cuts and BCAAs
1210 workout
1330 took PWO,
1415 BCAAs and CLA x 2

Side Notes:
Today was just figuring stuff out, need to go heavier on a few of these, D/L's, Military, Squats.
Not too bad for a first run at it.

Yea I thinking cuts for 2 weeks - 1 week off - Then cuts for 1 week.

This whole HK trip was a spur of the moment thing wasn't planned at all. But we won cheap return flights for two on auction on the 26th of Feb flying out 16th of March.

Yea the hotel has one, probably nothing over 20lb weights tho. Gonna be doing a fair bit of walking in high humidity.

Will see how I go, If I got the time and the energy I'll hit the hotel gym and show them western barbarian style lifting. Then I'll break out the mini gun and fire off a few million rounds

Up there today and man did I need it, during the bike my legs were burning like mad, cuts kept me going.

energy = 8

Very good again today, we'll wait and see how this goes.

Clean & stable

Cardio - Bike Hill Intervals

I haven't done anything heavy on the bike in years and Holy $hit this dam near killed me today. I had to draw on everything to get me through.

30 minutes level 10 Hill Intervals.

By the time I had finished you'd probably think I was out in the rain. However it was awesome and I loved every minute of it. Great burn in my thighs really enjoyed hitting up a different form of cardio.


0730 took Cuts
0930 took 2 x CLA and 2 fish oils
1100 took second Cuts and BCAAs
1200 workout
1315 took PWO, 2 BCAA's
1430 took 2 x CLA
