Thanks man I'm fairly happy about it given my back history. Best thing is it's not even sore tonight....amazing!

Hearing good things about AA was disapoint to miss out on the logging opportunity, demz the breaks.

Aim big for those 4. I'm looking to capture some video soon should be able to hit the 900 club on my big 3.
Squat will be disappointing tho as I have to use the smith due to lower back issues....but oh-well.

Pics provide great motivation, looking on mine I thought I had made better progress, seeing what I saw only drives me more.

Haven't been posting much of work outs this week as I'm due to start cuts again next week. But I've been in the church paying my dues each day.

Here is today's efforts.

Upright Oly bar rows
4 x 5 - 132

Seated military press (Smith)
4 x 3 - 175

Oly bar Shurgs
3 x 12 - 310

Then 20 mins of HIIT

Last 2 minutes hit levels 13 and 15 on the mill. Starting to kill this cardio stuff Weeeyoooooo.

what does HIIT stand for.........hmmm i think i'll go look it up in the MAB glossary.

Energy has been down a little, but nothing note worthy. Yea I'm really happy with those. Started off as partial press but now have them down to just above eye level.

Polished off some chicken and eggs for breaky + a shake early in the am cos I was just sooo hungry.

kiwi, where are you going with your program... i just dont get why you do a lot of things such as db squat and press... is this for your goal of losing weight?

Right now I'm cutting I want to lose BF not weight.

So 3x a week it's full body works and these are specifically aimed at reducing stored body fat.

On the off days I employ HIIT but before that I like to throw some heavy weights around. When I come off my cut I'll most likely be going into 5/3/1.

Overall I don't want to get too big (Don't mis-understand this) I do want size but at the same time I'm aiming to be lean.
Gotta keep things in proportion
