335 x FAIL....that was very disappointing...I came back from 6 days off, ready to freakin kill it.....

Back Raises

3 x 12 with 65 lbs

Not really a pump session since it was only deads. I did feel a lower back pump, and good news, not painful like last week. Traps were HUGE. Hammy's felt big also...first time I ever noticed that happening.

Stacking NOxygen with Condense...I could have gone on all night...I it wasnt close to meet time, I probably would have........tank never runs empty, thats for sure

Not the best bench session I ever had.

NOxygen was hard at work though.....Tri's were HUGE...Forearms were pumped also. And as usual the Condense, NOxygen stack had me stopping with a LOT left in the tank. Just wait until after the meet.......when I can go on as long as I want!

last rep was kind of a grinder...all were done paused....looks like my opener weight.

Not the best session for a pump...BUT....doubles were heavy and the Tri's were showing their stuff.....I went in super tired...4 hrs sleep and a tough day at work...after my Condense / NOxygen stack...I was ready to go, if I wasnt following JB's advice, I would have done a lot more.

315 x 1....felt a little heavier than I thought it would

Certainly better than my last dead session before my last meet (where I set a 11 lb PR) hopefully that pattern holds true this time also!

Again, not the best example of a pump workout....BUT....I certainly could feel a lower back pump from the deads!
