Shoulder pains suck, I know first hand and it took me a while to get it to where I could go heavy again. Stretches and lighter weight with full movement really helped. Good luck!

do you do any mobility work for your hip?

i love low rep days on squats! hell when you go for sets of 8-10 it feels like you have ran miles hah

in this game joints really take a beating. Shoulders are one of the joint/muscle that take the most damage because it incorporated in almost ever damn lift. hope that mri goes well man.

I just had a "hangover" from a powerlifting meet and it took me awhile to recover. I was able to squat almost to my standards today. Double update later.

Took the family on a little vacation. This is from like 5 days ago.

Super lots of warmup.
Seated ohp, banded pushdowns, lots of shoulder and lats movements.

Bench press with slingshot
135x8x5
no slingshot 135x8x3
lots of different rows on my power rack attachment
bulldog rows, 1 arm bb rows, tbar rows.

The take home message from this real high volume session was that I feel the freak maker was much more beneficial after a high volume session. I had a way bigger insulin spike and I didn't have any doms the following days. A little in triceps but overall really nice.

Had my mri, saw in Dr notes, possible labral tear. I get results Monday.

I can finally squat again. Very happy!
Had a hard time recovering from the last set so I called it and trudged upstairs. Laid down for about 10 minutes, and I was finally able to get my freak maker. The fast acting carbs and protein did a wonderful job snapping me out if the state I was in. I started feeling good and was able to continue my day. This stuff kind of surprises me the more I use it.

Mri for my shoulder showed bursitis and tendonitis, so I need physical therapy and I can do what I want in the gym.

Big pumps. Nice and sore the day after. Got them lat doms.

Finished training with the freak maker build. This stuff is so tasty. I like it more each time I use it. I will have a lot to say in final review. It's not all good, but there's a lot of positives.
