Ok getting back on track. Did a "legs" day to try and get back on track after my meet, since they were the only things functioning.

Leg press
2platesx20 4platesx20 6platesx20 8platesx20 8 platesx8/8/8
Drop set back down to 2 plates. About ~14 reps each.

Some calves to failure.

Sldl
135x8/8/8

Just looking for da pump.

Slammed 2 scoops of freak builder, after about 10 minutes. Stuff tasted delicious! Mild insulin spike. Felt pretty good. The day after I have some mild DOMS. I take carbs and bcaa intra workout as well to improve recovery. All together very happy with this post workout.

How was 2 scoops? Was it real thick or not to bad? Did it change the taste at all?

2 scoops is the serving size. It's all I've ever taken.

2 days ago:
Did an upper body day. DB press, but quit because it hurt my shoulder. Hopped on the pec Dec and that went ok so loads of sets on that. Tried tricep extensions, it hurt my shoulder as well. Tried tricep rope push downs. They went good, will do these alot more. Big tricep and pec pump. Time for traps! DB trap shrugs, bb trap shrugs, behind the back shrugs. Every day is now trap day.

Finished it all off with a serving of delicious freak maker. Goes down smooth like silk. Tasty, no sugar, and a hefty 390 calories! Kept me satiated a good 2 hours until I could get a solid meal in.

Squat day.
Kind of a forced deload.

Front squat
Bar, and 95 for some.
135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3
So that was fun.

Back squats.
Had an awful time. Hips completely immobile. Couldn't hit depth. Couldn't keep upper back tight because shoulder issue. Nonetheless,
135x1/1/3 185x1/1/3 225x3 275x3

Bb Shrugs
135x10 225x10 315x5/5

Next week will be good. Front squats were great though. Gains secure.

Finished this up with a serving of freak maker. It really is incredible how this stuff mixes. Seeing the giant scoops in 16 oz. Water you'd think it would take a million shakes, but it is totally mixed in like 3 shakes. Got a pretty good insulin spike today from it, had to go sit down. #gainz

I must have missed it, where are all these ailments coming from? Isn't Freak Maker supposed to heal all our ills?

I have some shoulder muscle issues, getting a special mri on Tuesday. Plus the meet really beat me up bad. Lifting things like DOMS are low. So it's not the supp.
