Pump: 10/10 Back was flaring up and pumped after my first "work set" of 315. Felt amazing and I hardly ever have a back pump.
Endurance: 10/10 Today I didn't know if I had it in me to lift, but I forced myself to down some noxygen and I even put some noxygen in my intra workout drink. Holy. Kept going and going and going.

Cut it off here. Absolutely no pain. Tried as hard as possible to lock my body in a very tight position. Spent 8 hours laying tile today and my back was pretty much toast. Didn't have high hopes going into this workout, but got home downed some gatorade with noxygen and went at it. Focused as hard as I could and bending the bar apart with my lats and the bar went up smoothly. Stopped at 455 due to exhaustion and not wanting to push my luck.

Rack Pulls 2-3" below knee:

225x3
315x3
405x3 Felt good.

Power Shrugs: Getting the bar into position for the first rep was a 1" below knee rack pull

495x0 One of my strong friends talked me into trying it. Couldn't even fit a credit card between the bar and the pins.

Did 15 total reps with 1-2 rep sets.

Good day. Started lifting at 6 and hadn't had a meal since noon. One of my friends that I haven't seen in a year is in this weekend and wanted to lift, but had to workout a bit before 8 due to his brother graduating. Got off work, took gatorade/noxygen ~30 minutes before, mixed some noxygen in my intra workout, and 2 scoops of Condense. Had a good day considering.

Pump: 9.5/10 Quads are still so pumped 30 minutes after my workout that I can hardly walk. Vascularity and separations are insane.
Endurance: 8/10 Noxygen helped as much as it could today. As always more info down below

Workout:
Started off good. Did my McGill Big 3 and was ready to go...then some highschool kids took the squat rack and spent an hour doing sets of 2 half and quarter squats. Kept as cool as I could without ripping their heads off. Got there at 6:00 and got out at 8:45 when I should've been out by ~7:30. No excuses, went as hard as I could.

445x2.5 Got halfway up, friend nudged me a little, and then I powered through the rest of the rep. I am very sure that if I didn't have to wait an hour this would have been smooth for 3 reps.

At that point I got extremely angry and realized my weak point wasn't out of the hole, but in fact where my quads take over from the wraps about halfway up. Changed weak point attack to quads.
