Pump: 9.5/10 Started off with McGill pull ups and holy cow my lats got so pumped I thought I was going to fly away. Just from pull ups it felt like each muscle in my upper body was being isolated and filled with blood.
Endurance: 9/10 Deload day, but even so I never felt winded or tired.

Pump: 9.5/10 Added in some extra pump exercises and holy crap. My triceps horseshoe really came out. Veins were popping out like crazy.
Endurance: 9/10 Still deloading, but I can definitely see a difference. These workout are way easier than they should be. Really enjoying this aspect, much more than the pump.

Pump: 8/10 Didn't do much that would gather a pump, but still got a nice little pump going. Not so much as usual, but this was my last deload day!
Endurance: 9/10 Workout was an absolute breeze. Started working today as well which involves carpentry/construction work and it felt like I had done nothing previously.

Pump: 9.5/10 Veins popping out of everywhere. My shoulders looked like boulders and my back felt like a barn door. Intense pumps.
Endurance: 9.5/10 After a day of working I didn't think I was going to get much in the gym done. Today I ended up moving around a total of 1250 pounds of tile. After that I proceeded to lay ~700 pounds of it. Fun day. Needless to say I was pretty tired by the time I got to the gym. Ended up pushing through every set faster and harder the more time pressed on.
