Default Mikes prep with Purus Dpol and Recycle

I am training for a meet in August and plan on using Dpol and Recycle to help me. I just turned 40 and at the lightest bodyweight I have been in years. I had a physical today and weighed in at 233 in my clothes and bloodwork was perfect. These products are more hormonal support based so I feel that I would benefit more from them say someone who is 21 years old. I usually train 4 days a week and do very little assistance work. Nothing else is going to change other than the supplements so if I start hitting alot of PRs then they more than likely had something to do with it.

Anyway took my first doses this morning and had a great training session in the Charleston heat.

Something kicked in yesterday afternoon. Had a hard time going to sleep and got very little sleep but still had a good training session. Tried ladders for the first time and I really liked them. I was still sore from monday so I was very deliberate with each rep but I got one heck of a pump. I kept rest periods to 1:30 and it was much tougher than I anticipated.

Third day of benching this week and 6th consecutive day training. Elbows were feeling it a little which affected my grip and lockout but the pressing power was there. Mood and motivation continue to stay high 5 days in. I am also down a pound so nothing negative to report.
