OMP training w/Purus Labs DPol & Condense
 
Dpol & Condense came in the mail yesterday, cool.
Professional packaged.
Mixed up well just a little left in the bottom next time going to let it sit a bit to see if this works better.
Know its too early to make a significant benefit but it was sweet to have a very productive training session very first time out.

Squat
Bar, 95, 135, 185 x 5-10r
225, 280, 320 x 3
350 x 5 8-8.5RPE yeah baby.

Leg Press
4pps + 25lb pps x 30r 1 set no rest

Great pump and stamina today would like to of worked up heavier felt like 405 was there for a single today.

Was going to try to do a 20 rep set with 195, just unracking caused shoulder pain so abandoned that idea immediately.

Purus Labs Condense & DPol second session observations
Increased focus
Increased stamina
Great pump
Truly believe today's session if the shoulder was up to it I would of smashed the 195 set partly due to Purus Labs potent combination. Feel like running through another session after refueling, looking forward to upcoming session.

Purus Labs DPol & Condense continue to impress me.
Major pump can't stress this enough. Feel stronger not sure if its increased focus or more fluid in the muscle thus making them more efficient or a combination.
Normally after this level of a pull session would be drained yet I feel good to go again an hr later. This is clearly an indicator to the effectiveness of these two products.
Also believe my hormones are being elevated will spare details.

Breezed though this leg session, kept it light to offset the heavy pulls.
Dpol and condense are still elevating my training, have more in my tank during and after training.
Plan on pulling no heavier than 445 next week switching focus to heavier squats!
Working this weekend time is really tight, hopefully it will level out in a few more weeks.

Managed to make it through the whole session without tweaking the shoulder, miracle.
Maybe this rep stuff is the ticket, will continue to focus on light weights and hope someday I can get some more wheels on the bar again.

Great pump again.
Could train another session rt now so energy levels are great.
Recovery; Believe DPol and Condense are helping in this area. Working longer hrs and still feeling ready to kill it every session.

Condense & Dpol continue to provide excellent workouts. This is impressive,I'm working long hrs and not getting the nutrition in or rest yet training continues to be top notch.

Weights continue to go up for squats. Want to squat 405 NOW, figure won't be long will be using it for reps in a few more weeks.

Condense & DPol Provided continue to impress me in regards to stamina & recovery/

Condense & DPol were on board for todays session
Another great training day, 185 went up with zero pain so bumped it up to 205 for a pain free set of 10 followed by a little hit training tempo to end declines.
Great pump as usual chest arm's and back left with big bloat.
