Nighttrain pumps up with Genomyx's Slin Sane
 
week 2

Monday 11 Jan 2010

Legs--

5 min warm up on stationary bike
standing leg curls-- 65x15x4 sets-- these were pretty killer, was sweating like a beast after first set
SLDL-- 225x8x4 sets-- felt like i was in the freaking shower
leg ext-- 155x20x5 sets--
leg press-- 480x20x3 sets
squats-- 225x6 warm up/ 425x6/ 425x6/ 405x8-- was nice to push through these,i can really tell im getting stronger-- had a nice little puddle of water going on

Diet
was jacked today, had a company party at my wifes work last night so i didnt cook...

2 servings of slin sane today- 1@0730 and the other 15min prior to prework out meal @ 1515 (3:15pm)
couldnt tell if my legs where pumped, but i was sweating my ass off!!!!

i had a good pump on friday when i did back, bi's and tri's... today was legs and i never really get a leg pump per se.... but i was sweating like a pig... so i think it is working

Were you sweating all day or just mainly during your work out?

just during the workout, but it was really alot of sweating

12 Jan 10--- Traps; Delts; and Chest

machine shrugs-- 230x20x5 sets
seated lateral raise-- 25x12x3 sets
Db shoulder press-- 75x8x4 sets
incline BB press-- 185x12x4 sets--- couldn't get on anything other than the incline bench, so i just made do
Decline DB press-- 80x6x4 sets
cable flys-- 35x12x4 sets

Diet
shake, oats, creatine-- 1 slin sane tablet
pork and rice
pork and rice--1 slin sane tablet 15 min prior to this meal
PWO shake and dextrose
pork and rice
shake and oats

had the whole sweating thing going on again today, and the pump from the shoulder workout was nasty as always!!
