my gym owns it, i could see owning one though if my gym didn't have one, as i use it for pullups and dips... i think they are realitively in-expensive

i got my new diet just a little bit ago and i almost busted a gut laughin.......

1/2 oats and 3 egg whites in the morn
1/2 cup rice w/lean beef 4 times a day
one gallon o' water
bedtime shake

all that rice and beef made me immediately think of you! maybe if i keep eatin like you i will start to look like you. lean n mean.

nice reps on those shrugs btw!!
