Didn't realize there were logs in here. I thought it was only your thoughts on the supplements. Cool. Now I can see what you've been up to.

As for supplements in general. Why do you take them and what made you start to try them? I'm just curious, btw. It's something I have pondered, but I'm such a cheap bastard, no way I'm spending money unless I need to.

I just log my training when I log a supplement. I decided to try them because I wanted to get bigger and stronger. Some helped, some didnt. The number one I would try if I was you is creatine monohydrate. Its cheap and it does work for most people.

Some real strong work Mike ... Are you taking condense and d-pol or only condense ? I've just ordered mine (I'm not eligible for free ones ) from M&S. Hopefully will be getting it in 2 weeks.

I have used both and I just tried the condense. It felt the same to me but dpol is a D-aspartic Acid product so the results from that would probably be seen over a longer period of time.
