Default Day 5

D-Pol:
*Mood: 9/10 Still great. I'm up for around 19 hours a day and I'm just the same as when I wake up all throughout the day.
*Energy: 8/10 Consistently steady.
*Libido: 10/10

Condense:
*Pump: 9/10 Biceps were skin splitting after only 1 isolation exercise.
*Energy: 10/10 Strong calm focus.
*Endurance: 10/10 Endurance just does not run out. By the end of my workout I'm covered in sweat with pumps and my body is continuously ready for the next set.

Good day. Hard to tell much else as I've had to change my routine because deadlifting heavy is no longer an option on my pull day.

Standing Alt Db Curl 45 for 2x8
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 205x10

All other exercises were new or I hadn't done them in the rep range like I did today.

*Pump: 9/10 Triceps were extremely pumped.

*Strength: 8/10 Makes me feel like I can always go up in weight.
