Bench Day

Another workout...another PR, 2 of them in fact...215, then 220 on the bench

Score another win for the Condense - D-Pol stack!!

2 scoops Condense seems to be where its at for me, gives me just the right amount of "Tingle" and SUPER FOCUS. Plus It works sooner than all other PWO's I have used. Since I W/O at home, I can drink it on my ride home from work, and when I get home and changed I am ready for another PR Workout!!

Thursday, 10-3-13
Back day

Now that Im back home, and Mrs moeheep is getting up at 4AM, I backed off the condense to 1 scoop to try to help me fall asleep a little (actually a lot) sooner in the evening.

Pleased to say, still getting excellent results. Tingle was there, Focus, Vascularity.
Most Important...ANOTHER PR, this time on the High Rack Pull....16 days till my next meet....looks like I am peaking at the best possible time.

Also want to add, the taste is still very good, crisp and refreshing....not getting tired of it at all!

Aux Day

Down to 1 scoop of condense to try and help with getting to sleep earlier......fortunatly, I am still feeling the "tingle" Focus is still there, as well as non stop energy through out my workout.

D-Pol seems to be helping also, between the two, increased vascularity, definately moving more weight, greatly increaded focus, especially further into the workout I go. The longer I go, it seems the more momentum I pick up, which is a complete reversal from how it used to be.

Matched my prev PR on both the military press, and high pin press / bench lockouts.

Attempting a new squat PR tonight...that will be the test!

Tuesday, 10-8-13
Squats:

1.5 scoops since I was going for a new PR.....no music...no W/O partner, just me and the Iron Mistress...all 295 lbs of her.

Tingle was there, FOCUS was there.......Warm ups...felt good...no, felt great....Under the bar.......Very calm and focused......295 in the bag!!

I Cannot say enough good things about the Condense and D-Pol stack....it is working for me!
