AAEFX Test Charge Log
I am going to be trying out AAEFX's Test Charge for the next 30 days. The daily dose is a liquid where you use 1/2 dropper in the morning and in the afternoon. There is also a pill that you take evey night.
My other supplements for the next thirty days will be my usual:10 grams of creatine before bed, 1 scoop of Karbolyn and 2 scoops of Hydra amino during workout, and my usual vitamins (Vitamin D3,Cal Mag Zinc,COQ10,etc.) Diet will be my usual which is eat whatever I want.
Day 1 Bodyweight 239
Started yesterday but no workout. Liquid doesnt taste great but its such a small amount so its tolerable. Felt a pretty noticeable burst of energy right after I swallowed the product. Energy was good throught the entire day. Heres what I ate yesterday.
Breakfast:4 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of Eziekel Bread, apple
Lunch:10oz of cooked chicken, 2 cups rice, peas, 2 biscuits, apple
Dinner: 10 oz lean ground beef, 2 strips bacon, 2 hamburger buns, 6 oz sweet potato fries
I also ate 3 ice cream cones throughout the day.
