Default Mikes Prodigy Log

I will be testing PNI Prodigy for the next 30 workouts. Its a pre-workout supplement and will be testing the watermelon flavor. I have been using pre-workouts since the Original Ultimate Orange hit the scene so I have tried them all.

First Impression:

Taste:Has a slight watermelon aftertaste and definitely has a medicine taste to it. This is a plus for me because I know that there are certain supplements that you cant really mask the taste. Usually, if a pre workout tastes good then it doesnt work. This tasted like it was going to be strong but I had no problem getting it down.

Energy:Good steady energy throughout the workout. I found myself moving faster between sets than usual and wanted to train more. I also have a high tolerance to caffeine and weigh 238 pounds so keep that in mind for my dosage comments. The recommended serving size was right on the money for me but you may want to try a half scoop if you weigh less or stim sensitive.

Cons:Only negative I have is Eric sent me a large PNI t-shirt. Large? I havent worn a large since my sophomore year in high school. Just joking, I appreciate the opportunity!

Appreciate the opportunity guys!

Update
Full scoop yesterday ended up being more than I needed. Took it in the morning and I was still a little wired that night. Its not the tweaked out feeling that something like too much ephedrine can give but a nice smooth energy. That means one bottle will last you 60 workouts. I took only one half scoop of Prodigy and it did the trick today. Hit 280 on the Push Press and Floor Pressed 375 after. Good lockout day.

Personally how I like to take it is 1/2 scoop before and 1/2 scoop in my water bottle while I train. That gives me the BEST ever workouts!!!

I believe it Eric.

1/2 scoop today. Great energy with no jitters. Workout highlights were 3 cycles of 495x2, 525x1 in the squat with a 540 after.

1st and 3rd, 540

Yes. So far, the only thing I can use to describe it is a smooth energy workout the crash. I have used other pre workouts that made me feel like crap the rest of the day after training. I think anyone that has used pre workout supplements know what I am talking about. I haven't experienced this with your product.
