First I want to say thanks again to AAEFX and ripped for this opportunity! I will be logging AAEFX Nytric EFX Pro.

A little background for those who have not read my logs before. I am a powerlifter currently transitioning into strongman. I have tentative plans to do a competition in the Spring. I am hoping that this product will help me along the way.

So basically I am currently training for strength and size. I will post my workouts in this log and also my thoughts on the product. I am hoping it will aid in putting on some size and strength.

Any questions or information you guys would like to see in the log just let me know

It's intendsd to be dosed 3 times a day as NO products to work as they are intended should be constantly in the system. One dose should be around workout time.

Wednesday Back to training
Got back from the mountains today, spent the last 3 days hunting. It was a great time, I harvested a huge doe on monday morning. So I got my fitness in dragging it for a couple miles uphill and through brush. Wore me out, did a lot of walking the last couple days but feeling great. Started the jugg method today, inverted. I purchased the new book and got inspired.

Bench Press
135x2x5
205x9 sets x 5 reps, 1 minute rest
205x 12
Inverted jugg method, switches the reps and sets. So rather than 5x10 you do 10x5, with one minute rest. I was surprised how much the short rest affected me.

Seated Klokov Press
95x3x10
Had to do these seated, b/c I was in my basement. Much harder than standing.

Strict Bent Over Row, forehead rested so I could not cheat at all
95x15
135x12
165x2x8
135x10

Tricep Extension, 2 light bands
3x15

that is it, kept the volume low. I am going to squat and deadlift tomorrow and then OHP on Friday. I am going to cut back on my training volume a little bit for my lower body. One day of squat and deadlift which will usually be on Wednesdays. Strongman takes it out of me, so I need to make sure my low back gets recovered. I am possibly going to do a light squat day and accessories on saturday.

Nytrix Review: Been taking nytrix for a few days. Great so far, had an awesome pump today. I feel the nytrix did help with recovery the last couple days, I have been doing a ton of walking up and down mountains and my muscles feel great. I should start to get a better idea of how it affects my workouts this week, workouts will be back to normal.

Friday OHP
Solid session on friday, pressing felt solid. Using the same jugg methods.

Standing OHP
95 x 2 x 5
120 x 9 x 5
120 x 14
These were pretty easy, all with 45-60 sec rest

Dips
BW x 3 x 20

Pull Ups
BW x 3 x 10

Band Push downs
Average band x 3 x 20

Hammer Curls
30s x 3 x 12

Felt pretty good on this stuff. Legs are super sore still.

Nytric was really good for this workout. This was the first workout where I did higher reps. Had some crazy pumps going on, the nytric does what it says. Hoping it will help me recover.

Saturday Quick Recovery Workout
Just trying to get the soreness out of my legs. I can barely walk after my squat and deadlift workout on Thursday. I am going to do strongman tomorrow. I will start with the log and then see how I loosen up. Anyway here is what I did today.

Warm Ups x about 30 mins rolling and dynamic warm ups.

Front Squats
bar x 2 x lots
95 x 2 x 5
135 x 3 x 5
These were done atg and were very painful to start. Then I loosened up a little bit.

Band Good Mornings
Light Band x 3 x 20
These helped to loosen me up.

Got some blood pumping and hoping my legs will feel much better tomorrow. I am going to do some static stretching for a little bit.

Nytric was good again got some serious pumps in my low back after a couple of sets of 20. Had to rest a little longer to let the pump subside a little. good stuff,

Wednesday Squats and Deads
these were brutal, very sore today. I did not have time to post yesterday

Squats
145x2x5
235x3
315x10 sets x 3 reps
1 minute rest, very tired after this

Deadlifts
225x3
315x2 singles
365x 10 sets x 3 reps

No assistance needed, I figure my first 5 sets are my work sets and then the next 5 are assistance.

Nytric is going well, getting some sick pumps from this. My lower back gets crazy pumped.
