I didn't mean to sound anti-curl or arm work. It's more his focus that I like - basic, ball-busting exercises.

I simply like routines that aren't isolation heavy; primarily the routines that aren't bicep and chest obsessed.

I agree, but I am curious if he's had injuries in some of those muscles he doesn't directly work. Obviously wrestling is a bit different than powerlifting or strongman but I wouldn't wanna be sidelined because of pulling a hammy or a bi due to preventable weakness.

The only thing I found when researching is that Goldberg stated he was pretty aggressive about training through injuries.

He did have an arm injury that came from smashing through a windshield, but that was more at the end of his career. Not to say he didn't have any arm injuries prior to that...I just didn't see any listed.
