Ive tried it a couple times before. I really liked it, just made my workout longer.

Unilateral dumbbell bench pressing is interesting. I have to agree, it does make the workout longer and I try to keep all unilateral stuff to a minimum or at least spread it out a bit so that it's not all within the same workout.
