great article and the thing that i have came to realize is that it takes time. I mean if you just ask the strogest people in the gym or the biggest people in the gym they will tell you they have been at this for years

Solid advice, long term goals are necessary and yes most of us will have to do a lifestyle change to get where we want, but that change no matter how hard it is to implement will improve our way of life, it will be a positive change in so many levels.
