I'm still a noob so busting PR's every single session, not worth mentioning them every time...
But, 2 days before being 3 months into my lifting adventures, I managed to overhead press 6x44 kg @66 kg bodyweight...with proper form, and without using leg drive, not even during the last rep, which was a pretty tough one...
According to Symmetric Strength that puts my OP in the "intermediate" category, which I really didn't expect to happen so soon...Quite likely I'll fail on 6x46 or 6x48 during one of my next sessions though
8 reps of weighted chin ups with 10 kg added also puts me in "intermediate" territory and there was still something left in the tank (I don't normally do chin ups, only pull ups and neutral grip pull ups)...
Pretty happy right now, although I'm completely being humbled by some of you guys' numbers

Ok. I only told Steve and Rich about this in advance so I didn't catch $hit about it but here goes....One week after the Atlanta Meet I came down to San Antonio and competed in the Texas Cup today. I tried to beat last weeks squat PR and didn't get it. I did reset last weeks bench PR by throwing 125kg up on my third attempt. My second and third dead lifts were PR's but I'm proudest about my fourth dead lift because it was the final pull of the meet. I pulled 190kg up and I felt it was pretty easy. It's on IG but not YouTube so you'd have to look. That about 15ish pounds more that I pulled at last weeks meet. I will not be competing next week, lol There was. I A/C at today's meet and I felt like I was prepared
