Back squat
135 x10 225 for about three sets of a few to figure out form and bar placement. Belt on.
315x5 365x1 405x1 425x1 445x1 460x1 480x1

Loved thus session I was squatting every single with ease. Unfortunately, tomorrow I leave for New Jersey for 12 days of microbiology training at the Colgate Palmolive global technology center. I'll have a hotel gym though. I hope everyone gets gains while I'm gone.
