Squat day
Today did not go well. I felt ill when I woke up. Got through my squats, but my stomach started getting unruly on my last set. Had to visit the bathroom after my first set of rack pull-to-power shrugs. Finished those and called it a day.

The gym I go to had to get rid of their ab wheel. It was pretty beat up. They ordered a new one, but until it arrives I'm just going to skip that part of my workout. The ab wheel is the only ab exercise I actually like.
