Yeah baby. Hammer Strength 'n Speedos, natch.


I do like those machines a lot. And for the time being, they're particularly useful. I don't have to worry about anything suddenly giving out on me (I can "drop" the weight with no issues, f'rex).

Hammer Strength leg press is really nice too.

Oh, and that shitty little selectorised triceps extension machine? Awesome! Never tried that kind of beastie before, but yeah, works a treat.

Working in the 10+ rep ranges almost exclusively for now. Bein' a bro, right.
