Exactly right, Braven.

In transition to upper/lower (because I won't have Wednesdays or Saturdays free any more, as of very soon, and Sundays are never an option; so that leaves Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.) Quite possibly the last full body session for some time.


Deadlift (still nailing form down)
130kg/286.6lbs x 6
105kg/231.5lbs x 10

Strict Press
65kg/143.3lbs x 6
52.5kg/115.7lbs x 13

Leg Press
~320lbs (I think) x 25,15

Cable Fly \\ss\\ Face Pull
"40" x 18,12 \\ "60" x 18,16


Strict press in particular went well. Last time I hit 13 reps, it was with 45kg (~99lbs), so yeah, that's an improvement alright.
