SUPER JIM OFF SEASON WEEK 1 DAY 3 SQUAT

This session was a rude awakening or reminder at how big of a bitch a squat 5X5 is, no matter what the weeight really lol.

I actually really like doing paused squats, but I kept them light as I was pretty beat up. Shot up out of the hole like a rocket on them!

Did my KB warm ups like a good boy as well! Note to self - put on SBD sleeves before getting sweaty with KB's lol. Ugh.

Might need a few weeks to recover from JB's killer week 1 lol. Not used to this rep stuff!

Even the band leg extension were fucking hard!!!
