Default 500 LB DL by age 50 accomplished!

Sorry this is a link, but I'm not loading this page properly.

I realized my goal of getting a 500 DL before age 50. I was hoping get it next week, but I have been thinking about it all week and decided to go for it today instead. Very happy and looking forward to the next milestone.

Clean & Push Press -- 190 lbs x 4 reps

Deadlift (conventional) -- 465 lbs x 3 (third rep was the hardest DL rep I ever did, including my first 400 pull from 1 years ago)

Low block pulls (4") -- 485 lbs x 3 (slightly easier than last week's 475!)

One-arm DB strict press -- LEFT ARM = 80 lbs x 5

Deadlift behind back (aka BB Hack Squat) 405 x 6 (I surprised myself!)
