Sounds like a fresh start is just what the Dr ordered!

Also, your role on this forum is also that of a veteran. You have more experience than me, better form than me, and I do watch your vids to see you smashing big weights and looking like it's out of a textbook. One of the reasons I still log is just so the more experienced guys can chime in on the path I'm on... it's appreciated!

Cheers Ravi, Mike, Ben, and Jio!

Ravi - I was looking at my Squatter tattoo and it has begun to revitalize me.

Mike - I will do that program as outlined below, and I think I will do my assistance at 5X5, but pick weights accordingly. Your right however, and I will do a 5X5 again, as I have had progress with it in the past. I will stick around in the journals though.

Ben - bench should be outlawed haha! Its too hard!! There is nothing I am more proud of than my health - its been a 10+ year work in progress and it's backed up by the lab work and internal medicine. Its also very emotional for me as I was quite the train wreck before I started my journely on my 40th birthday.

Jio - thanks for putting things in perspective.

JIMGYM SQUAT SESSION

Squattatron has been re-programmed, debugged, and updated!

Started my new program today, and I loved it! here is the link:

I have heavy work, lots of volume on assistance, and good blood-flow work. Quite happy with my form as well, as it was on point for the most part.

Very proud to be able to "start" a program with a 405 squat. The prgram calls for to start with 80-82.5% of my max, which is 496, so 405 is bang on within that range. a 405 is never really "easy" per se, and I still have to focus with that weight even though it is my bish.
