arnold presses could be dropped without missing anything. If you like the idea of a different press, you'd do better with one arm presses (unilateral training & core work).
pull ups to oppose your presses is enough...try a different pull like upright rows, shrugs or whatever else works your upper back best.
My whole week is the following
clean and press
repeat A (but heavier, less volume)
