Whats your Sets and Reps going to look like? So your going to do some sort of Row 3 times a week?

By looking at your A and B day on a 3 times a Week Rotation. Your on the same days set up to do DoggCrapp training.

arnold presses could be dropped without missing anything. If you like the idea of a different press, you'd do better with one arm presses (unilateral training & core work).

pull ups to oppose your presses is enough...try a different pull like upright rows, shrugs or whatever else works your upper back best.

My whole week is the following

A
clean and press
pull ups
squat
rdl
tricep move

B
bench press
bb row
dead lift
curls
sit ups

C
repeat A (but heavier, less volume)
