7/12/14- Another make up session. I knew it was going to be a tough one, so I doubled up on my normal dosage of NOxygen.

I have been losing motivation lately, and I'm not sure why. Things have been going pretty good. Once I get to the gym I'm fine and ready to go, but actually deciding that I want to go to the gym has been a problem. Now that I think about it, I cut my calories back by about 1000 a day. That may be the reason. A thousand calorie cut is a bit of a big cut to do all at once. I have since decided that I was going to go ahead and do the USAPL State Championship meet in December and raised my calories back to where they were. That may be why I was able to get this session in.

Bench press
95 x 15
115 x 15
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 3
225 x 20- last three were grinders with a little bounce off the bottom, but I was determined to get 20 or bust.

deadlift
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 5- This is a rep pr for me with 365. They were the cleanest reps I have ever done with 365 as well.

Bent over rows- I have been rotating between these and Pendlay rows. I've been using the Pendlays to work on explosiveness/power and using bent over rows to add some back thickness. So far it seems to be working pretty well.
205 for 6 sets of 10

Finished it off with 15 minutes on the treadmill. I prefer biking over walking/running, but I just don't seem to get as good of a cardio workout from the stationary bike. A real bike is a different story altogether.

Thanks, Randoja! My tub of NOxygen ran out on me, so I had gone back to my regular log. My schedule has mandated that I condense my training into only three sessions a week, on three consecutive days. I thought you might like to know that, after what I experienced while using NOxygen, I bought a tub on my own to help me get through those harder sessions. Especially today's session, where I had to make up for a whole week's worth of training. Thanks for the opportunity to try, and log, NOxygen for free. After my current pwo runs out, I think I am even gonna give Condense a try as well. Thanks again!
