Clean & Press: 185 lbs x 4 reps / 135 x 14
Floor Press (shoulder-width grip): 155 lbs x 21 reps

Deadlift, conventional, off 1.5" boards: 350 lbs x 15

Grippers -- Gillingham (GhP) Level 6 x 1 close / Captain of Crush #1, left-handed x 29 reps

Plate curls: 25-lb plate x 4 reps
