I know it's been quiet in here but I've been crazy busy with work, travel (business and pleasure), and a girlfriend.

Picked up some Oly shoes and decided to become more proficient in those lifts/they're downright badass.

My cut is turning in to more of a maintenance (hovering around 181; those dang weekends haha) but im still pretty lean.

I plan to perform the prescribed lifts plus beach work (presses, pulls, arms, etc..) and cardio when time and recovery permits.

Cycle 1, Week 1, Day 1 - 6/6
C&J - 5x2+1 (2 cleans and 1 jerk per set) -> 160 for 5x2
Clean Pull: 225 for 3x3
Back Squat: 225 for 3x5 (these were humbling after all the squatting during the cleans)
Accessory: Bench Press (3 sets), cable rows (3 sets), Cable Fly Machine, Curls

C1,W1,D2 - 6/8
Snatch: 120 x 5 x 2 (paused in the hole on the second rep for most of these)
Snatch Pull: 185 for 3x3
Front Squat: 210 for 3x3
Accessory: Dips (3 sets), Barbell Row (3 sets), Leg Extension/Curls, Abs, Seated Behind the Neck Press & Rotator Cuff Work

Power Snatch: 110x5x2
Power Clean + Power Jerk: 140x5x2
OHD Squat: 120x3x3 -> don't have a high enough rack so I behind the neck push press in to position. These are hard haha
Accessory - Leg Press, Pullthroughs, Curls, Ab Wheel, Incline Press Machine, Rear Delt Raises
Cardio - Incline Treadmill for 27 minutes

Nice work! I've always wanted to be good at olympic lifts, but I don't have the patience to mobilize into a front rack position.

Hopefully lol. I've been lurking but life has been so damn crazy; luckily I've been able to lift regularly just not post regularly haha.

It's a lot of fun and I hear ya, the front rack position can be tricky. I seem to have overly flexible shoulder capsules and wrists despite lack of flexibility training for them.
