Thanks everybody, deads are always for fun, amiright?
Had a shit squat day yesterday, topset was supposed to be 390 for 10, I only got 5, then the next try at 10 I got 5, then the next try at 10 I got 2.

The previous day was spent at the zoo with the family, didnt think I walked that much, or that it would affect me that much...oh well.

Thanks friend!

Pressing day went good today.
Strict press topset 135x11
Did a 185 push press for fun.
Also did several rehab/prehab things
Facepulls internal/external rotations, band pullaparts and 50 roman chair situps. These things are going to become the norm for me, I hope.

I read the roman chair situps really do great on the lower back and since I constantly have low back issues every few months... so yeah I need them.
