First of many squat days this year.
Bodyweight 243.

Front squat
135x3 225x3 315x1 365x1 405x1 410x1

Back squat
135 x3 225x3 315x3 365x3 405x3 455x3 460x3/3/3/3

Holy crap that was tough. Extra front squat single and an additional warmup set because weight is getting so high made this incredibly challenging training. My secret weapon is that I have my wife come watch my last set, it makes it feel about 50 lbs lighter and form is 100. I love her!

Well I crashed and burned lol. Squat gains over.

Front squat
135x3 225x3 275x1 315x1 365x1 405x1 420x1

Back squat
135x3 225x3 315x3 365x3 405x3 455x3 470x2/1 405x3

So I have some issues. Weight loss, I hit 242 yesterday, 13 total pounds lost over about 15 weeks. I've been on prednisone for a muscle pull and I'm having some nerve issues down my arm, for some reason my joints felt hella beat up, I think because I'm at end of prednisone prescription.

I knew this linear progression couldn't last long, but It went very well. Now it's time to figure out something else.

Squat gains back on. Switched from chucks to Oly shoes for squatting.
