I probably over supplement, but, whatever works for you, right?

Post Workout:
Biotin - 5000mcg
Probiotic
Baby Aspirin
TUDCA - 250mg
Vit C - 1,000mg
Vit D - 5,000iu
Multi Vitamin
Green Tea Extract 400mg
Chromium Picolinate 200mcg
Fish Oil 4.2grams
Cinnamon - 1,000mg (Also, take one with every carb meal)

Afternoon stack:
Fish Oil - 4.2 grams
TUDCA - 250mg
Vit D - 5,000iu

Sleep Stack:
Zinc - 50mg
Magnesium - 250mg
5-HTP - 100mg
Melatonin - 5mg
GABA - 3grams

Yeah, I know what you mean about the cost. I always try to look for deals and buy in bulk, when possible.

I recently ramped up from whey protein concentrate only, to that plus creatine. (!)

Then I went all out (lol) as of a last week or so, and added fish oil and a multi every day as well.

Thing is, I don't always remember to take the creatine. Dunno why.
