Default Myo reps to full body workout

Hi Steve

What is your opinion in introducing myo reps in a full body 3 days a week workout?
Knowing full body exercises are compound exercises, what about adding myo reps for hands (biceps, triceps and shoulders) once a week. Is there any difference in myo reps and a standard 4set/12 reps hypertrophy exercise?
I watched your youtube video (How I structure fullbody workouts) and i was like, wait a minute...i do two exercises for chest and back.
My principle is to do a compound exercise for strength(5-6reps), for chest/back, + 1 hypertrophy (11-12reps). I have done this for almost 2 months and i feel ok, i recover, i do not have "extra" muscle sourness or bigger muscle pain, in fact...without those 2 exercises for chest/back, i do not get muscle sourness.
And yes, i do my exercises correctly,i am concentrating on the muscle that i work and when i hit those 5 to 6 reps are up to failure.

I had a 1 year break from gym, and now that i am back, i am thinking in introducing some myo reps in my exercises. I have some experience with them, i know the principle in doing them, but...i still do not know if they are as good, better or worse than standard hypertrophy exercises.
Last friday i added to myo reps to my triceps workout. I normally do just one exercise for hands a day, but friday, knowing i will have an extra day to recover, i did lying dumbbell extensions myo reps..... Aaaand not even today my triceps did not recovered, so ..adding myo reps to a full body workout is out of the question, but is it replacing an exercise with myo reps effective?

Thank you very much!
